Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great - but does not replace larger grill So i ordered this unit for my Expedition 3X and this is not a replacement. The other reviews seem to be accurate. i have not used it yet but you can tell the drip tray will give after some time. it is great for when you dont have a grill handy, but deffinatly not a replacement for my large grill (quality wise).

Rated 3 out of 5 by from All year round 2 Year Lifetime on parts that cannot be replaced. Metal bottom and Metal griddle ( the one under ) cast iron ones will literally decompose over time. It lasted two years for me. Reason why I am having to replace the entire box. Granted I have the grill outside all year round.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turns your cookstove into a Gas BBQ We were really happy when we saw this available for our new camp stove, turn it into a gas grill at our camp! Works great, pretty easy to clean, perfect for us, now we don't have to bring our bbq, charcoal, etc.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great I use this for deer camp, family camping and an extra grill at home for large BBQ's. I had the old style with out the hinged hood. This is much easier to use and I love the added tempurature sensor in the lid.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Design, Camp Chef's customer service is awful I bought a camp chef Tundra 3 burner stove from Costco. I got it home, set it up and then got online and ordered, the folding side shelves, the stove accessory kit, the covers for the grill as well as the BBQ, and finally the BBQ. I invested around $500, but I thought it would be a great product that I would have for a long time. I bought this BBQ from homedepot.com originally because it was cheapest I could find. Once I set it on the grill, I noticed it hit the wind screen that the stove camp with, to the point where it raised the whole BBQ off the burner and you have to hold the lid so it wouldn't slam down. Imagine camping and having to grill one handed while you hold the lid up. I emailed camp chef. They said there had been an update, raising the bbq up 2"(see attached pic of email chain). I thought well at least there's a fix. I was told to return the one from home depot and order one from outdoor cooking or camp chef. I ordered one from outdoorcooking.com, which was ~$40 more than homedepot.com, but I thought well at least I won't have the issue. I received the new one from outdoorcooking.com and had the same issue. Called camp chef customer service, and was told a few things that never really added up. 1) They told me they went to research and development and set it up and noticed that it did hit the windscreen, and there was nothing they could do. 2) They said they do not recommend using the windscreen with the 3 burner stove. Why are there pictures on camp chefs website with the 3 burner grill, set up with the windscreen and BBQ? 3) Why did you tell me there was update? Was there really an update, or did you just want a complaining customer to go away? 4) Why are you still manufacturing products that do not work together when it is marketed as an attachment for the grill? I got the run around from camp chef, and they basically told me too bad so sad (almost in those words). I was beyond frustrated and asked if they could at least send me empty boxes to I could send everything back since I had already thrown away the boxes for everything I had bought for the stove, they said that was not an option. I spoke with a manager in customer service, Dixie, and she said there was nothing she could do. I would never go through this much trouble to write a review, but I can not believe what a horrible experience I have had with camp chef. You would think about buying around $500 worth of their products, they might be a little more interested in making a frustrated customer happy. Not the case. Making the BBQ 1/2' taller or making the windscreen 1/2" shorter would be the fix, but after the horrible experience I had with camp chef, I would never recommend buying any of their products. Still unhappy, returning BBQ, buying a better product from a different manufacturer. Rant over!
