This Purchase Policy describes how OutdoorCooking.com and its subsidiary Logan Outdoor Products, LLC. (“OutdoorCooking.com,” “we,” “us,” “our”) interacts before, during, and after your purchase has been made. Our newly redesigned website makes it easy to search for products, browse brands, or shop by categories. We encourage you to stay up to date on the following policies for an effortless shopping experience time and time again.
We understand that mistakes happen and people change their minds. Once you have placed your order you cannot make any changes. If after you’ve submitted your order you decide it’s not for you, contact customer support at 886-674-0538 for assistance. Please have your order invoice on hand so we can more efficiently correct the order.
Customer satisfaction remains our number one priority, we see to it that every customer is 100% satisfied with their purchase. After you have read our Return Policy if you have additional questions or need help with a defective or incorrectly ordered item contact our sales and support staff. Our Return Policy is as follows:
•Returns will be permissible up to 30 days after delivery
•New/unused items will be refunded at 100% of the total purchase price. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer on all non-defective or undamaged items.
•Damaged or defective items are eligible for a replacement or full refund. We will be responsible for the return shipping
•Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable
•Defective items still covered under the original Manufacturer Warranty will be directed to the Manufacturer. We will provide you with the necessary resources for a warranty claim to be filed directly with said Manufacturer.
•Returns must contain all original contents including but not limited to the product, manuals, instructions, parts, etc.
All pricing and shopping card Subtotals, Taxes, and Grand Totals are in USD (United States Dollars.) Our website accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards. If you are seeking financing we accept PayPal Credit. No interest if paid off within 6 months (on orders of $99 or more.) Subject to credit approval. Please choose the appropriate option during checkout. After you have clicked the “Submit Order!” button your credit card will be charged for the Order Total amount at that time. Your credit card will be authorized in real-time using PayPal Payment Services, this process typically takes less than 60 seconds. If the authorization is successful you will be presented with an order receipt and an email copy of your order.
We encourage the use of promotional codes in order to save money. We offer various promotions throughout the year that could be delivered in several ways (email, bi-fold, magazine advertisements, as well as direct promotions on OutdoorCooking.com.) Some, but not all, promotions will require you to enter a promo code or “discount code” at check out. Due to the value of the promotions and promo codes we do not allow for these offers to be combined with one another. Therefore, promo codes will not be valid when used in unison with our holiday, seasonal, and discounted shipping sales. Furthermore, only one promo code is allowed to be used at one time. It is up to you to review the current promotions and determine which will render a better value.
All orders will be shipped out via UPS or FedEx standard ground. Shipping and handling rates vary and are based on real-time quotes received directly from UPS or FedEx. These rates will be calculated and displayed after the shipping address is entered during the checkout process. We do not ship to P.O., APO, FPO, or other military addresses. All “ship-to addresses” are required to be a valid street address.
We do not currently offer international shipping. Please email us for a shipping quote to Alaska and Hawaii at [email protected] Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will incur an additional shipping fee which will be calculated during the checkout prior to submitting the order.
After we receive your order please allow 3 - 4 days for processing. We define processing as the stage where your order is physically put together and packaged for delivery. After processing is complete, your order will be shipped to your desired address supplied during check out. Once your order successfully ships we will notify you via email and provide an active tracking number.
