BACON BISCUIT PUFFS
Yield: 10 puffs
•2 tubes of ready-made biscuits
Spray both sides of iron then place biscuit in each half sphere, top and bottom. Lightly press the center of each biscuit making a shallow dent to place the bacon, cheese and ham. Over filling with ingredients will cause puffs to burn. Place iron together and cook over open flame rotating every 60 to 90 seconds.
Check regularly. Cook until biscuits are golden brown.
Yield: 10 puffs
•2 large eggs
•1 small green bell pepper, diced
Beat eggs until well mixed and set aside. Spray both halves of iron generously then pour eggs into bottom iron until half full. Add ingredients leaving ¼ inch from the top. Hook iron together and cook over open flame rotating every 60-90 seconds. Check regularly. Continue until eggs are firm and thoroughly cooked.
BLUEBERRY POCKET PUFFS
Yield: 8-10 puffs
•1 packet blueberry pancake mix
Follow directions for pancake mix and set aside. Spray both sides of iron then pour mixture into bottom iron, filling to about ¼ inch from the top. Hook iron together and cook over an open flame rotating every 60-70 seconds. Check regularly and cook until golden brown. Top with powdered sugar, fruit or syrup.
