There are three types of pizza ovens that we recommend for outdoor cooking. The Artisan Pizza Oven 30, 60, and 90. All in which fit on different cooking surfaces. Each pizza oven will deliver the same crispy, wood-fired brick oven taste you’re looking for. All pizza ovens come with a ceramic stone, which promotes an even heating surface under a domed ceiling (much like a traditional wood-fired brick oven!) Your outdoor pizza party will require one Artisan Pizza Oven, one Camp Chef stove, and some really hungry humans.
The smallest of the three is the Artisan Pizza Oven 30 which preheats in just 15 minutes and is capable of exceeding temperatures of 600°F. Have a 14-inch cooking system, but want even more pizza baking space? Believe it or not, the Artisan Pizza Oven 60 has the largest cooking surface out of the three pizza ovens (325 square inches to be exact!) THE SAUCY STUFF
