Ingredients for wings: •1lb of ground beef •2 lbs chicken wings •2 tbsp olive oil •2 tsp brown sugar •2 tsp garlic powder •2 tsp chili powder •2 tsp smoked paprika •1 tsp onion powder •Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste Ingredients for dipping sauce: •1/3 cup roasted red pepper, chopped •2 oz goat cheese •2 tablespoons sour cream •¼ teaspoon salt Directions: Preheat smoker or oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with foil. In large bowl, combine wings, olive oil, brown sugar, garlic powder, chili powder, paprika, onion powder, salt and pepper, to taste. Mix until wings are coated. Place wings onto baking sheet and smoke/bake for 25 min, using tongs to turn halfway through. Make dipping sauce by combining roasted red pepper, goat cheese, sour cream and salt in the bowl of a food processor until creamed. Serve wings immediately with dipping sauce.

Our composite cylinders are a safer, lighter alternative to steel and aluminum propane tanks. Constructed using a mixture of fibers and plastic resin instead of metal, Viking Cylinders tanks are designed with a three-layer construction:
No special valve adaptors are needed to use or fill composite cylinders. All cylinders are manufactured in accordance with U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) special permits, and composite propane gas cylinders include the same approved valves, pressure-relief devices, and overfill-prevention devices as traditional steel and aluminum propane tanks.
While there are several advantages to choosing a Viking Cylinders product over steel propane gas tanks, a key benefit is safety. Traditional steel tanks can explode when put under stress (such as a puncture or a fire), but a Viking Cylinders tank will not explode in a fire. Tests have proven that our propane gas cylinders will react with a controlled burnout when in a fire, and bullets puncturing the cylinder do not cause fires or explosions.
Every composite cylinder design is different. Our patented manufacturing process starts with a seamless liner, which is then wrapped with composite fibers. This ensures a safer, stronger, more durable product. In addition, all composite cylinders undergo rigorous testing before leaving our factory. As a result, we have an outstanding safety record, and more than 8 million families and businesses worldwide that trust our products.
