Heavy duty, great BTUs, have the 3 burner griddle and 2 two burner griddles to cover all my flat top needs. Ring sausage, peppers and onions wafting in the air at a Bears game came out perfect and drew hungry comments. Afterward, sliders on the griddle cooked fast and so did a pot of hoy chocolate. Fajitas are also easy to create. My wife thought I was nuts to buy this, but now loves how fast 2 pounds of bacon cook outside, and my neighbors do too.Rating
