I can't find my exact model on the website, or there are similar model numbers - What is the difference? |
| (A) |
All stoves will have a base model, such as DL60. The following letters will be accessories that are included with that particular model. Therefore if you own a DB-60D, it will fit all accessories that fit a DB-60. The base stove model is the important part. |

Why do I have a YELLOW flame and how can I fix it? |
| (A) |
A yellow flame can be caused by two things: bad air/propane mixture, or a dirty burner. Try adjusting the air vent, the silver round disk behind the control knob. This will allow more/less air to be mixed with the propane and will generally result in a blue flame (blue flame with yellow tips is good).
If you have tried adjusting your air vent and still have a yellow flame you will need to clean out your burner. Please note that even brand new burners can be clogged, by dust or other particles from storage or transit. To clean out your burner simply take an air compressor, and stick it in the air vent. This will flush out any problems that may be clogging the burner. If an air compressor is not readily available a garden hose may be used instead. However, with a garden hose you will need to dump the water out of the burner and wait approximately one half hour for the stove to dry, before the stove can be used.
If after these two functions you still have a yellow flame you will need to contact customer service at info@outdoorcooking.com |

I can't get any heat out of my burner, or when I turn it on high I still get a tiny flame - How do I fix this? |
| (A) |
You are experiencing low flow mode. Low flow mode is a safety feature caused when the regulator thinks there is a propane leak. To correct the problem, make sure that the propane hose has been attached to the stove with a wrench (not just finger tight). Confirm that all of the control knobs are turned to the 'OFF' position. Remove the hose from the propane tank and let rest for approximately 30 seconds, as this will reset the regulator. Re-connect the hose to the propane tank. Turn the propane tank on 1/2 turn, wait 5-10 seconds then turn on all the way. Turn the control knob to 'WARM' and relight the burner. After the burner has been lit turn the propane tank on the rest of the way. After you have finished cooking make sure the turn the knob to the 'OFF' position first, and then shut off the propane tank. If you have followed these steps and you still have a low flame, you may have a propane leak.

How do I clean out my burner? |
| (A) |
Disconnect the stove from the tank, then blow out the burner with either an air hose or a garden hose. This will push everything out that may be stuck inside the burner. (It is safe to do it either way.) You may also use a wire to help remove cobwebs from inside the burner. |
