As a Scout Master and outside on many campouts with the Scouts this is the ultimate accessory for the stove. Have already made mass pancakes; burgers; fajitias and other items that a grill can be used for. It's large enough to handle many hungry boys with appitites for good food. It's too heavy for hauling very far but, car camping and other outdoor activities that you don't need to haul equipment very far. I love it. Solid and great heat transfer for even cooking. I like to cook breakfast on this griddle. For large groups I just cover the entire griddle with bacon to get my grease going for the hashbrowns. Once the bacon's cooked I scrape the excess bacon grease into the handy trough off of the griddle, and start cooking hashbrowns. I can cook 2 to 4 packages at a time. This covers the entire griddle for a bit. Then I pile the cooked hashbrowns to one side in a pile and turn the heat way down on that side of the griddle. This opens up plenty of room to start frying eggs in some of the bacon grease that I've saved. Thanks for a great product! (Posted on 5/31/12)Rating
