We have 8 kids in our family so we have to cook fast in quantities; so I bought a couple of these presses to cook and evenly heat quesadillas. We etheir use flour or corn tortillas, with asadero or mozzarella cheese and ham, and obviously add red or green salsa. I can't describe how good they cook using these presses. Every kitchen should have a quality stovetop griddle and one of these bacon presses. You will really see a difference in the results when frying bacon, burger or sausage patties, grilling sandwiches, making quesadillas, or heating up tortillas, breads, etc.Rating
If you keep it seasoned and handy by the stove, you will be surprised at how much you will enjoy using it. This is a simple , inexpensive and very effective press. I would recommend this to anyone that enjoys cooking. (Posted on 2/9/08)
