How to Place an Order
Simply browse the product categories that interest you. Once you've located an item to order, click on the "Add to Cart " button. You'll immediately be taken to the "View Cart" screen where you can verify the item you have selected, remove the item or adjust quantities. From the view cart screen you can either continue shopping and select additional items or checkout.
Canceling or Changing an Order
You can make changes to your order anytime during the checkout process prior to submitting the order. Once you have submitted the order you cannot make any changes. If you have submitted the order in error or need to make a change please contact customer support so we can assist you. Have your order invoice handy so we can more efficiently help you.
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, and we want to make sure every customer is 100% satisfied with their purchase. Our return policy is as follows:
- Returns will be allowed up to 30 days after delivery
- New/unused items will be refunded 100% of the total purchase price. The buyer will be responsible for paying the return cost on non-defective or undamaged items
- Damaged or defective items are eligible for a replacement item or a full refund. Outdoor Cooking will pay for the return shipping
- Defective items still covered under the original Manufacturer Warranty will be directed to the Manufacturer. Outdoor Cooking will provide customers with the necessary resources for a warranty claim to be filed directly with the Manufacturer

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards. During checkout you'll be asked to enter your billing, shipping and credit card information. When you've finished entering this information, simply press the "Submit Order!" button.
Your credit card will be charged for the Order Total amount at time of shipping.
All pricing and shopping cart Subtotals, Taxes, and Grand Totals are in USD (United States Dollars).
Your credit card will be authorized in real-time using PayPal® Payment Services technology (usually takes less than 60 sec.). If the authorization is successful you will be presented with an order receipt and an e-mail copy of your order.
Promotion codes are a great way to save. We will offer promotion codes in several different ways including: Email, bi-fold, magazine ads, as well as direct promotions on the Outdoor Cooking website. In order for us to offer a variety of options to our customers we will often have multiple promotions running on our website simultaneously. Some of these promotions will require a "promo code" to be used at checkout time and others will not.
Due to the value of the promotions and promo codes we do not allow these offers to be stacked on top of one another. Therefore, promo codes may not be used along with some of our holiday, seasonal and discounted shipping sales. Also, only one promo code is allowed to be used at a time. Please review the promotions you are aware of to determine which is the better value.
