That Griddle... Date submitted:(2007-03-19) Rating:
I received my griddle with the 3 burner stove ( unseasoned ), researched how to season a griddle, then after smoking up the house while seasining I had seasoned a master peice. I can do hot cakes NO STICK. , Pam it, thenwipe it off, then put them on. Eggs over easy with the bacon keeping warm on the outer edges. we take the camp cook stove on all campouts. Love it.

Not Cracked!!!!... Date submitted:(2007-01-05) Rating:
I purchased my expedition 3x at Costco in Missoula, Montana, and the griddle has not cracked at all. I have used it extensively from when I purchased it in dec. 06. I have cooked many meats on it and wish they would make a cast iron griddle to cover all three burners to cook more food at one time. It is great for parties and food sales. I am happy that I purchased this item, and will purchase more in the future. This has made me and many people around me happy, and full.
