It's Not Cabin Cookin'!... Date submitted:(2007-10-21) Rating:
My wife bought me this book for my birthday. We do alot of camping and I enjoy the cooking. We use Dutch ovens as much as we can and I believe I am becomming pretty good at it. Now about my review on this book. I am sorry to say that other than some good photo's, I feel it is a below average cookbook. Cabin Cookin' by Cousin Rick Black has much more to offer with easy and fun to use methods and recipes. My tip to you, go with Cabin Cookin' if you are looking for a very good cookbook and a very good price.
