I bought this smoker and have loved every minute of it. I got for a great deal on outdoorcooking.com and just love it. I've cooked salmon, roasts, and sausage and have never had a such good food.

Purchased the smoker and assembled it per the instructions. During the break in process of seasoning the smoker the smoker caught on fire as the valve had a leak. The hose to the propane tank burned through and fire shot directly out of the hose. Calle
This does not sound like anything we have ever seen this smoker do. I would recommend calling into Camp Chef and they will gladly help you though it.
