I tried the recipe for the ultimate roast from the booklet that came with the roaster with excellent results.I followed the directions to a tee and completed the meal in 45 minutes from start to finish.Clean-up took about 10 minutes.My family enjoyed the

I purchased the roaster combo after I saw a demostration of the unit at a scout camp last fall, and was impressed by how well it cooked a turkey.
When cooking with the roaster keep in mind to add cooking time when using on a windy day,also on cold days.
