The 24 x 18 inch Deluxe Fry Griddle features restaurant style high sides and convenient grease drain. The heat skirt provides even heat distribution. This griddle comes with Camp Chef true-seasoned finish, it is ready to use right out of the box. A grease cup holder is included with the griddle. I cooked on older cast griddles and lost most of what I was cooking over the side. This griddle has nice high sides and is very easy to cook on. I just always keep her oiled up and clean. Match it up with one of the Camp Chef stoves and you will be impre
