Fall is almost here and football season is kicking off. That means it’s time for tailgating. Brats, hot dogs and burgers are always a tailgating favorite. They are easy, can feed a lot of people and not to mention they are delicious.
But by this time of years a lot of people may be sick of hot dogs and burgers from the summer. One way to get people excited about hot dogs and brats again is by making an assortment of homemade condiments like saurekraut, chili, corn relish or salsa. This will add a ton of flavor to your meat and people will love it. For your burgers you need to spice it up. One of my favorite recipes is a spicy burger. It has an incredible flavor especially if your like things a little hot.
