Potato Crust Breakfast Pizza

More often than not, when you think of pizza for breakfast, the thought of cold pizza from dinner last night comes to mind. Gratefully for us, Chef Gary House of Cooking Outdoors has come up with a stellar recipe for a breakfast that includes pizza, and it isn't cold! So, grab the ingredients, watch the video, and get out there and cook it. Trust us, you won't regret it.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of potatos grated, firmly packed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup grated onion, carmalized
  • Vegetable oil
