    Simple Backyard Barbecue  

    You know, I keep thinking that when I barbecue it has to be a kind of big thing.

     

    That I have to go to the store and pick out a real nice cut of meat, throw in some corn on the cob, get some cobbler cooking in the Dutch oven, and bake some rolls in my smoker (no wood chips, just adds a light smoke flavor to the rolls). This does not always have to be the case. Read More
