Purely Pristine
Thought I would share this with you.
We enjoyed the weekend with a 3-day hiking trip in the Sawtooth Mountains of Southern Idaho. It was completely worth it. You just can’t find scenes like this on the beaten path.

I will actually be doing my large holiday barbecue tonight for the whole family since everyone will disperse to other family gatherings for the 3rd and 4th.

Simple Backyard BarbecueYou know, I keep thinking that when I barbecue it has to be a kind of big thing.
That I have to go to the store and pick out a real nice cut of meat, throw in some corn on the cob, get some cobbler cooking in the Dutch oven, and bake some rolls in my smoker (no wood chips, just adds a light smoke flavor to the rolls).
