I use them for baking...excellent product, little slower to heat up, you may want to goose the temperature 25 degree's when baking. Are they heavy...come on...they are Cast Iron! Good company to purchase from, right on the money with quality, shipping dates and especially price...yes I would...not will do business with them again!_x000D_Rating

Pros: Retains Heat, Durable, Easy To Clean, Distributes Heat Evenly
Cons: Heavy / Bulky, Takes Long Time To Heat
