Pros: Easy to Light, Powerful, Stable, Perfect size
Cons: Heavy but manageable

Camp at NASCAR races. Had the smaller 28" griddle and decided to step up to the 36". Haven't used it yet as this is December, but I have been pleased with everything I have purchased from Outdoor Cooking. I like the idea of the built in heat diffusers on the bottom of the griddle.
