just received our oven packing was fine nothing damaged but they have a big piece of marketing paper on the top of the oven put down with nasty tape that was a pain to remove all the goo ! Camp Chef should rethink this (note this is Camp Chef not Outdoor Cooking issue)
we use a pizza stone in our regular oven and our BBQ. we like thin artisan style pizza. what we did before the oven. the stone takes a long time to heat up. also doing, say 4 pizza in a row, the stone cools down enough and takes a while to reheat ! so quite a pain and of course heats up the home and the heat was never hot enough on the top. on the BBQ stone stays hot pizza after pizza but the lid has to be opened up, which dumps the heat, but it works a bit better than our oven but again the top is a issue you can watch it progress.

the front to back is about %10 heat difference on the stone so not that bad I rotate half way through
pizza after pizza the stone is ready no waiting ;) love that
each of our kids love making there own pizza and helping out so having the oven ready with no heating back up the stone is a HUGE plus
our pizzas taking about 5 minutes to cook
can't say enough wish I bought it sooner !!! can't wait to try some breads and other things
truly if you are on the fence and say well our oven or BBQ works this will bring you into a whole better place for pizza !
