I tested this little oven in my office... I know it says something about being well ventilated. My window was wide open. I had a little challenge getting it lit initially but was successful after carefully following the instructions. I recommend you read and follow the lighting instructions carefully. Also make sure your fuel bottle is warm. I brought mine in from the outside where it had been stored in my cargo trailer I use for camping. The temperature was up to 415° in about 10 minutes, maybe less, after I lit the oven. That seemed to be its limit but certainly within acceptable range of most things I will be baking while in the camp situation. I haven't baked anything in it yet even though I went on a camping trip this past weekend. Had to many cooks and the weather was touch and go with rain while preparing meals. Once I actually use this oven I will update my review but am confident this little oven is going to expand my circle of friends. I noticed it held its temperature quite well even after turning it off, a testament to the insulation factor placed into the manufacturing process. (Posted on 5/31/12)Rating
Pros: Attractive, Easy to use, Even temperature, Easy to clean
Cons: Pricey, a bit heavy
