I was excited to finally find a heavy good quality muffin topper pan that wasn't "non-stick" coated. It heats very evenly and cooks to perfection. Besides cooking muffin toppers nicely, it makes the best hamburger buns. The crust is wonderful and they turn out like the buns from a gourmet burger restaurant. This is a must have item for fabulous grilled burgers all summer long. (Posted on 7/10/12)Rating

I use them for baking...excellent product, little slower to heat up, you may want to goose the temperature 25 degree's when baking. Are they heavy...come on...they are Cast Iron! Good company to purchase from, right on the money with quality, shipping dates and especially price...yes I would...not will do business with them again!_x000D_Rating
