- WOW , This sucker will cook Review by Dave From Texas All my reviews (1)

Have the Pro 90 first it cooks fine but I wanted to be able to Sear a steak and deep fry large batches of fish with out waiting between batches for the temps of the oil to come back up. Well it sears the steaks at half flame on the cast iron barbque box and will keep the oil at 400 with the flame only cracked. turn it up and you can scorch your oil in no time. Want to steam crabs or can outside this stove will boil a large pot of water in a heart beat. We use the stove in the wilds of Alaska and don't have to worry because of it is simple, tough and well built. I'll bet even a Grizzly Bear couldn't hurt it because its built Alaska Tough.
